Business Analyst – Procurement Transformation

About the role

The client, a UK‑based charity in London, is undertaking a procurement transformation to build a new buying platform. As a Business Analyst you will shape the solution by gathering and validating requirements, ensuring the platform meets the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery interviews across Finance, Procurement and Operations.
• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements for the future‑state buying platform.
• Define platform capabilities, user needs and capture dependencies within the wider Procure‑to‑Pay programme.
• Lead requirements review and validation sessions, producing a stakeholder‑approved requirements catalogue.
• Support platform assessments and procurement activities with high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering procurement, purchasing, finance or digital transformation projects.
• Strong ability to elicit and document requirements and to facilitate workshops.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders.
• Solid business process analysis experience within eProcurement, Source‑to‑Pay or Procure‑to‑Pay environments.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet agreed milestones.
