About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a key digital discovery project on a contract basis. The role will be based in Bristol with a hybrid working model and will start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and gather business and user requirements.
- Produce As‑Is and To‑Be process maps.
- Analyse business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into viable solutions.
- Produce clear documentation and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Required profile
- Proven Business Analysis experience on digital or technology‑focused projects.
- Strong requirements‑gathering, process‑mapping and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Technical background or experience working closely with development and architecture teams is highly desirable.
