Business Analyst – £550 per day – Yeovil (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a client in Yeovil on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role involves supporting multiple work‑streams from discovery through to later stages, helping to define and refine structures in a fluid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery analysis on complex changes affecting people, processes and systems.
• Define and model processes using BPMN and create supporting documentation such as RACI matrices.
• Develop and maintain templates, process definitions and stakeholder communication artefacts.
• Facilitate workshops and high‑profile meetings on‑site as required.
• Collaborate with teams using tools like Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a self‑starting attitude.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, less‑structured environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce environments is desirable.
• Local to the Yeovil area (maximum 1.5‑hour commute).
