About the role

This Business Analyst Trainee programme is designed for candidates who want to launch a career in business analysis. You will receive four internationally recognised qualifications and support from tutors, mentors and a recruitment consultant until you are placed in an entry‑level position.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate organisational issues or areas of weakness.
• Analyse possible solutions and help facilitate required change.
• Support senior analysts and project managers with documentation and admin tasks.
• Participate in training courses such as the BCS Business Analysis Foundation.
• Prepare a professional CV and LinkedIn profile and attend mock interviews.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Good administrative abilities and clear communication skills.
• Interest in a career in business analysis, change management or project management.
• Not currently employed as a Business Analyst – the role is aimed at newcomers.
