Business Centre Manager

About the role

The Business Centre Manager (titled Centre Executive) will oversee two character business centres, primarily based in Reading with occasional travel to Brighton. This full‑time role combines facilities oversight, customer service excellence and revenue‑driven sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of both centres, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities beyond fixed office space.
• Manage and develop Centre Operations Assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report commercial performance to the General Manager.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office, facilities or centre management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for travel to Brighton.
