Business Change Manager – Contract (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead and embed change initiatives across our Milton Keynes operations. The role will provide structure, clarity and confidence to teams navigating organisational transformation, ensuring risks are managed and benefits realised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess organisational impact and shape appropriate change plans.
• Create and maintain change documentation, including communication, training and engagement plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify, assess and prioritise change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings to build readiness.
• Track progress using defined metrics and report updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven background in business change management or organisational development.
• Strong understanding of change management principles (Prosci or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across all levels.
• Ability to structure, plan and deliver change activities in complex environments.
