Business Continuity Consultant – Risk Management

About the role

Join Gallagher’s Risk Management Solutions team as a Business Continuity Consultant. You will work from home while travelling to client sites to design and implement resilience solutions that protect organisations against disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business continuity plans, conduct impact analyses and deliver client training.
• Review and enhance clients’ business continuity management systems.
• Design and run tests and exercises to verify readiness.
• Act as a trusted advisor on risk and audit committees.
• Identify business development opportunities within Gallagher’s client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help clients manage risk, secure better insurance rates and stay operational.
• Support enterprise risk management by creating risk registers, performing gap analyses and providing expert guidance.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in business continuity (minimum CBCI).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Experience across multiple sectors, preferably with a consulting background.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.
