Business Development and Tenders Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development and Tenders Coordinator to join a well‑established construction company. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and Marketing, you will be responsible for managing pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions, ensuring they meet the highest standards and strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit PQQs and tenders in collaboration with estimators, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Manage tender portals, handle clarifications, and track submission requirements.
• Maintain a library of standard tender responses, company information, and supporting documents.
• Support business development by attending networking events, building client relationships, and identifying new leads.
• Assist with the annual renewal of accreditations, certifications, and memberships.
• Contribute to marketing and social‑media activities, gathering project content and case studies.

Required profile

• Experience working on tender and bid documentation within construction or a similar sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
