About the role

Join a leading sustainability and recycling conglomerate as a Business Development Consultant on a graduate pathway. You will work within a dedicated territory, building new B2B accounts for a company that supplies the NHS, major hotel chains and top supermarkets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduate‑calibre candidate with a strong interest in B2B sales.
• Motivated, target‑driven and eager to take ownership of earnings.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000 – £50,000 per year (OTE up to £50k in year 1).
