We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to join a thriving, award‑winning organisation in Warrington. The role focuses on supporting franchise and business owners to maximise profitability, drive growth and ensure long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Support business owners in operating within an established, successful business model.
• Drive profitable growth and improve overall business performance.
• Implement effective sales and client acquisition processes.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners.
• Coach, motivate and constructively challenge stakeholders to achieve results.
• Support sustainable revenue growth across the network.

Required profile

• Previous commercial or business development experience, preferably with franchising exposure.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and sales expertise.
• Understanding of financial and operational metrics.
• Ability to influence, motivate and support others.
• Resilient, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
