Business Development Consultant – Outer London

About the role

Simplyhealth is looking for a Business Development Consultant to manage and grow the Denplan client portfolio across outer London. This field‑based role combines face‑to‑face visits with remote work, offering the chance to build high‑value relationships with dental practices and contribute to the company’s mission of improving access to healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑value B2B relationships with dental practices across outer London and achieve net growth targets.
• Retain and grow the existing Denplan client portfolio, delivering cross‑selling and new‑business results.
• Plan multi‑year sales objectives with each client, aligning with corporate client plans where applicable.
• Prioritise workload across client segments to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through consultative engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, high‑value B2B client accounts in a field‑based sales role.
• Track record of delivering commercial results using a consultative sales approach.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with dental or healthcare sector experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently across a geographic territory while collaborating with remote teams.
