Business Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development and Tenders Coordinator to join a well‑established construction company. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality Pre‑Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions within strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit PQQs and tenders in collaboration with estimators, ensuring accuracy, professionalism and compliance.
• Manage tender portals, handle clarifications and monitor submission requirements and key deadlines.
• Support business development by attending networking events, building relationships with clients and consultants, and identifying new leads.
• Assist with the annual renewal of company accreditations, certifications and memberships, gathering required evidence and ensuring documentation is up to date.
• Provide marketing and communications support, gathering project information, photographs and case studies for social media and other marketing channels.

Required profile

• Experience working on tender and bid documentation within a construction or similar organisation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Proactive, positive attitude.
