Business Development Coordinator

About the role

The Business Development Coordinator will support the Capital Markets, Finance and Restructuring teams across the EMEA region, working closely with Business Development Managers and senior stakeholders to drive client initiatives and market outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Produce pitches, marketing materials and coordinate directory submissions.
• Conduct market and client research to inform business development strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of events and profile‑raising activities.
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate client records.
• Assist senior team members with client outreach and relationship building.

Required profile

• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience within an international law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical, research and relationship‑building capabilities.
