Business Development Executive – Digital Media Sales

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing digital business that specialises in social media, talent partnerships and online growth. As a Business Development Executive you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating new opportunities and guiding them through the sales funnel to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Book appointments and support the sales process through to proposal stage.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activity daily.
• Conduct discovery calls and assist with proposal presentations.
• Monitor performance against individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and sales performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, business development or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems (beneficial but not mandatory).

What we offer

• £28,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (minimum £25,000 OTE).
