Business Development Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare‑focused organisation as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing long‑term relationships with public‑sector clients across Central and Greater London, supported by full product training and a competitive uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential customers in local authorities, housing associations and NHS trusts.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and OTE of up to £79,000.
• Travel throughout Central and Greater London and attend the Brentford office one day per week.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales, business development or account‑management experience targeting the public sector and senior executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
