Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive HONOR’s product and field strategy across South London. You will work directly with under‑performing stores, using field insights to maximise ROI and build brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Target and support under‑performing stores to improve sell‑out performance.
• Analyse top‑selling stores, share best practices and develop sales strategies for a cluster of stores.
• Lead, manage and inspire store teams to achieve commercial targets.
• Collaborate with the call centre to boost HONOR sell‑out.
• Network within the technology community to generate brand advocacy.
• Support training sessions and sales events for store staff and customers.

Required profile

• Experience in the mobile‑phone industry.
• Background in sales, training or event support.
• Proven business development track record.
• Full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
