Business Development Executive – London

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join a fast‑growing premium non‑alcoholic drinks company operating in 15 countries. Based in central London, you will focus on inbound and outbound sales calls to win new business across London and the wider UK. This is an office‑based, entry‑level role ideal for candidates with 0‑2 years of sales experience who are driven by attitude, work ethic and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outbound calling.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct high volumes of customer calls and follow‑up consistently with prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to understand market opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers on the phone.
• Natural talker with the ability to ask the right questions.
• Resilient, eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
