Business Development Executive – Outbound Telesales

About the role

Join Direct365’s thriving telesales team as a Business Development Executive. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first outbound call to closing the deal, in a supportive, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to cold and warm leads.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Cross‑sell products to meet customer needs and maximise revenue.
• Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets within a collaborative team setting.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of proven outbound telesales experience.
• Stable work history with strong tenure.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Confidence in cold calling, objection handling and closing deals.
• Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed.

• Base salary £29,000 plus OTE up to £40,375.
