Business Development Executive – SaaS (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI scale‑up as a Business Development Executive, driving new revenue for a cutting‑edge SaaS platform that serves estate and letting agents across the UK. You will work closely with the founders and commercial leadership, own your pipeline, and shape the go‑to‑market strategy in a hybrid London office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a self‑generated pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and networking.
• Identify and engage estate agents, letting agents and property businesses across the UK.
• Conduct discovery meetings, demonstrate the AI platform’s value and convert prospects into customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate with founders and the commercial team to refine market positioning.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in business development, sales or account executive roles.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close new business.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers over phone and in meetings.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Experience selling SaaS, PropTech, AI or other technology solutions is highly advantageous.
• Background in the property sector or selling to estate/letting agencies is desirable.
