Business Development Executive – Solar PV

About the role

JinkoSolar Holdings is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its footprint in the Solar PV market. You will drive new opportunity generation, analyse market dynamics and support the company’s growth strategy across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market data such as grid connection status, market segments and forecasts.
• Collect key customer information including annual volume, pipeline, JKS wallet share, competition and decision‑makers.
• Identify new customers and generate leads for new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements and competitor activity.
• Control regional sales efforts and represent JinkoSolar at industry events and customer meetings.
• Organise quarterly technology workshops with strategic key accounts to assess demand potential.
• Develop new business concepts, products, applications and service offerings.
• Utilise Norden (or similar) software and Salesforce for data management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth post‑sale execution and support large PV tenders with the KAM team.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven, resilient and highly self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience in the PV industry is a strong plus.
