Business Development Executive – Twyford (£27k‑£30k + uncapped commission)

About the role

As a Business Development Executive based in Twyford, you will prospect new customers using outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and online research. You will open conversations, qualify opportunities and hand them over to Account Managers, helping to build a sustainable pipeline of recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and research.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Qualify and progress genuine sales opportunities.
• Log activity, notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Schedule follow‑up meetings where appropriate.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to Account Managers with clear notes.
• Maintain activity levels against agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑driven sales or customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicator, especially on the phone.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and opening new conversations.
• Motivated by commission and long‑term earning potential.
• Organised, resilient and commercially minded.

• £27,000‑£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
