About the role

This graduate scheme offers an entry‑level opportunity in Business Development within a fast‑growing healthcare distribution company. You will work on generating revenue by nurturing warm leads and creating new business opportunities, all while developing a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full range of the company’s offerings to effectively educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and product demonstrations.
• Research accounts to identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and prepare for future progression.

Required profile

• Graduated with a university degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and highly self‑motivated.
