About the role

Our client, a leading healthcare product distributor, is launching a Business Development Graduate Scheme in Leeds. The programme offers a £35k base salary with the potential to earn up to £35k OTE, providing a fast‑track entry into commercial sales.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full product portfolio and value proposition to effectively present to prospects.
• Generate new business by contacting leads via phone, email and social channels and arranging meetings, webinars or demos.
• Research accounts to identify key influencers and build lasting relationships.
• Support existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a degree.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
