Business Development / Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Business Development / Growth Manager to support a high‑profile entrepreneur in expanding his personal brand and keynote speaking business. The role is hybrid, with one day per week in our London headquarters, and offers the chance to work closely with the founder on a fast‑growing venture backed by a successful parent company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑ticket keynote speaking opportunities at corporate events, leadership summits and global conferences.
• Research and outreach to event organisers, HR leaders, L&D teams and speakers bureaus.
• Manage the end‑to‑end booking process, including calls, logistics, contracts, travel and on‑day coordination.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, qualify leads and track progress.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking functions to generate new leads.
• Own and update the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest achievements.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram/TikTok and YouTube, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Design marketing collateral and repurpose keynote talks, media appearances and podcasts across channels.

• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
