Business Development & Integration Placement – 12.5 months

About the role

Join Airbus Operations Limited at the Broughton site in North Wales for a 12.5‑month placement within the Operations Department. You will work on the Single Aisle programme, supporting either Integration Management or Business Development Management across a large aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Integration Managers with cost performance monitoring, project deployment, governance reviews and supplier disruption claims.
• Assist Business Development Managers in strategy planning, route‑map creation, capital‑expenditure project management and risk‑opportunity workshops.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to drive change, manage resources and ensure milestones are delivered on time, cost and quality.
• Analyse data, develop cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to digital strategy implementation.

Required profile

• Undergraduate studying Business, Project Management, Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork and self‑motivation with the ability to work autonomously and meet customer expectations.
