Business Development Manager – B2B & International Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Doncaster team. You will drive new commercial opportunities, strengthen key accounts and expand our international partnerships while leading a dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue B2B growth opportunities across the UK and overseas.
• Lead, coach and set KPIs for a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Development to support brand expansion.
• Maintain and grow existing key accounts and international distribution networks.
• Represent the company at industry events and travel internationally as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B Key Account Management experience.
• Successful track record of managing international partnerships.
• Experience leading a sales team to deliver results.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Current clean UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Computer literacy and experience in sales reporting.
