Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (London)

About the role

We are partnering with a multi‑award‑winning lender of short‑term property finance to find a Business Development Manager for the London & Home Counties market. You will drive awareness of our bridging finance solutions and deliver exceptional service to financial intermediaries, investors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and developers across the UK.
• Generate new business and optimise funding opportunities using our extensive database.
• Manage the full funding application process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Maintain award‑winning service standards and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in secured lending, residential mortgages or bridging finance.
• Strong knowledge of the bridging finance market and property sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a professional telephone manner.
• Passion for property and proven ability to manage broker and client relationships.

Required skills

• Sales experience in secured lending or residential mortgage market.
• Understanding of bridging finance products.
