Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (South West)

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable London‑based bridging lender that is expanding rapidly across the South West. The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of broker and intermediary relationships, driving new bridging finance opportunities throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with brokers and intermediaries across the South West.
• Proactively meet intermediaries to originate new bridging finance deals.
• Generate and convert opportunities across bridging and wider lending products.
• Collaborate closely with credit and underwriting teams to ensure efficient deal delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the lender in the market.
• Manage your own diary and territory with autonomy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in bridging finance (telephone or field‑based).
• Motivated to progress from a telephone role to a field‑based position or seeking higher earnings in an established field role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven with the ability to work independently.
