Business Development Manager – Building Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the HVAC and building services market. Based in Bracknell, you will own a regional portfolio, develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts across commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC and building services sector.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, building long‑term relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach, understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored technical solutions.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, manage the sales pipeline and report on commercial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management or sales within HVAC, M&E or building services.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a consultative mindset.
