About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join a leading defence contractor. The role offers hybrid working from Weymouth and surrounding areas, with a clear path to senior responsibility and exposure to complex, international projects.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the defence sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s pipeline.
- Secure contracts and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored defence solutions.
- Represent the company on international travel as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer or similar role.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Highly motivated with a desire for career progression.
