About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of self‑service banking technology. You will sell cash management solutions such as smart safes and pay stations to a diverse retail market, ranging from convenience stores to large supermarkets and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Sell cash management solutions (smart safes, pay stations) to retail customers.
- Engage with large corporate accounts and secure quick wins with independent businesses.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate long‑term partnerships and close deals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and shape strategy.
- Collaborate with internal operations, technology and compliance teams to ensure smooth installations and delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B new‑business sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to large retail corporates or independent retail businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate at senior level (CFOs, CEOs, procurement).
- Confident presenter with strong senior‑level communication skills.
- Self‑motivated yet able to contribute to a supportive team culture.

What we offer
- £40‑50k basic salary (depending on experience) with OTE up to £100k.
- £5,500 car allowance or company car.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
