Business Development Manager – Corporate Travel (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a premium travel management company. This remote, hunter‑type position will allow you to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective corporate clients across multiple sectors using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound calls and industry events.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders such as Travel Managers, Procurement, Finance and Executive Assistants.
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client travel programmes and commercial priorities.
• Prepare tailored proposals and present compelling business‑travel solutions.
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial conversation to contract signing.
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless handover of new accounts.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment.
• Self‑motivated hunter with strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
