Business Development Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Business Development Manager based in London, you will drive revenue growth by expanding our client base and promoting digital transformation solutions. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a trusted advisor to organisations seeking to modernise their IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target UK and international prospects.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine approaches.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and present tailored digital transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partner sales colleagues.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Provide market feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within digital transformation or IT solutions.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at all organisational levels.
• Result‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desirable: MBA qualification and experience with Microsoft technology stack.
