Business Development Manager – Education Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our education services portfolio across the South East. Based in Redhill, you will manage a regional portfolio of schools, multi‑academy trusts and local authority clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new education‑sector business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop and nurture existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and upsell potential.
• Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM tools.
• Travel regionally to meet clients and attend relevant events.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account management, business development or consultative sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing and growing customer accounts, preferably in the public or education sector.
• Commercially focused with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and support a small team.
