Business Development Manager – Expand Client Base

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth by expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to uncover new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote company products and services, aligning them with client goals.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
• Provide post‑sale support and trustworthy feedback.
• Develop long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Mentor and develop new starters within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated sales track record.
• Strong communication, negotiation and rapport‑building abilities.
• Effective time‑management and planning skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
