Business Development Manager – Express Parcels (Harlow Region)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our express parcel portfolio across the Harlow region. You will target large volume accounts, build relationships and drive revenue for one of the UK’s leading express delivery companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new high‑volume parcel accounts in the Harlow region.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed set targets and OTE.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
• Prioritise, organise and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts at all levels and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams while also working independently.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Self‑starter with a hunter mindset and strong go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of £50,000 per year.
• Company car or £8,000 car allowance.
• On‑target earnings of £100,000+ with uncapped commission.
• Full‑time permanent role.
