Business Development Manager – Field Based Sales

About the role

This is a pure new‑business development position based in Bristol, working primarily on the road. You will generate your own opportunities, prospect cold leads and promote a product that every business needs, while enjoying realistic targets and strong team support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B customers across the South West region.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and keep CRM data up to date.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit the Bristol office at least once every two weeks to collaborate with the wider sales team.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience (face‑to‑face not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a hunger to succeed.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and diligent with pipeline management.
• Team‑player who brings energy and ambition.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
