Business Development Manager – Fire Alarm Service Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sale of fire alarm service and maintenance contracts across London and Essex. You will work remotely, meeting commercial clients to secure long‑term agreements and expand our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business for fire alarm service and maintenance contracts.
• Visit commercial sites across London and Essex to present proposals and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring renewal of service agreements.
• Represent a reputable engineering firm known for reliable fire safety solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to align service delivery with client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling fire alarm service contracts or similar fire safety services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal client pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
