Business Development Manager – Fire & Security

About the role

Join a leading fire and security services provider as a Business Development Manager. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships and deliver revenue across fire and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to shape growth strategy.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead to contract.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations that meet client specifications.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to support solution design.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and performance data for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
• Background in the fire and security sector, selling project‑based work and service contracts.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing the full sales lifecycle.
• Strong account‑management abilities with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
