Business Development Manager – Folding Cartons

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, well‑connected packaging professional who understands the folding‑carton market and can turn strong industry relationships into exciting new business. This role goes beyond traditional sales, offering ownership of growth and the chance to develop valuable customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Win new folding‑carton business.
• Build relationships with brands, retailers and key decision‑makers.
• Develop opportunities from initial conversation through to commercial agreement.
• Collaborate closely with design, production and customer‑service teams.
• Represent Max Fame at customer meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven business‑development or sales experience within folding cartons or packaging.
• Strong industry knowledge and an established network.
• Track record of developing relationships and securing new business.
• Commercial confidence and excellent negotiation skills.
• Motivated, proactive and results‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
