Business Development Manager – Franchise Growth (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth and performance of a national franchise network within the care sector. The role is hybrid, with one day per week in our Warrington office, and involves working across the UK to help franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Support franchise owners to achieve profitable and sustainable growth.
• Drive improvements in revenue, client numbers and service delivery.
• Coach owners on sales performance, conversion and business development activity.
• Analyse financial and operational data to review business performance.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and business planning.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Share best practice across the franchise network.
• Collaborate with operational, marketing and training teams.
• Deliver workshops, strategy sessions and performance improvement meetings.
• Support community engagement and local referral network development.

Required profile

• Experience in a franchise, multi‑site or business consulting environment.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness and solid financial understanding.
• Proven ability to coach and support business owners.
• Confidence working with KPIs, forecasting and performance data.
• Consultative, solution‑focused approach.
