Business Development Manager – Freight & Logistics

About the role
Freightserve is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its maritime logistics services. The role is based on‑site in Wembley and focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts across air, sea and road freight.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across air, sea and road freight.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote Freightserve’s shipping and freight forwarding services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales within the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, air, sea and road freight processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
