Business Development Manager – Glass Systems

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Glass Systems will lead external sales of a broad portfolio of processed and manufactured glass products. You will work with contractors, architects, interior designers and a range of end‑users across multiple sectors, driving new project acquisition and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new project opportunities across office fit‑outs, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, residential and heritage sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order placement.
• Collaborate closely with internal estimating and production teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery.
• Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, shop‑fitters, manufacturers, main contractors and design professionals.
• Track activity and pipeline using a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, technical sales or account management within the glass, glazing, fenestration or building‑products manufacturing sectors.
• Commercially astute, organised and self‑motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Willingness to work within a 2‑hour radius of Liverpool.
