Business Development Manager – High OTE in PropTech

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of a fast‑growing PropTech company that is reshaping the UK property market. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will own the strategy and execution of partnership acquisition across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑value SME property developers throughout the UK.
• Build credibility and trust with C‑suite stakeholders such as Managing Directors and Land Directors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from creative outreach and presentations to final negotiations.
• Represent the brand at industry events, developer forums and networking expos.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership to influence product direction.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the UK property ecosystem, including PropTech, development finance, new homes, surveying or conveyancing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in business development, relationship management or enterprise sales.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised and comfortable travelling nationwide to meet clients face‑to‑face.
