About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing insurance organisation on a permanent basis. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities while nurturing existing broker and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the insurance market.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing brokers, insurers and MGAs.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development.
  • Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with market needs.

Required profile

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry.
  • Proven background in business development, account management or sales.
  • Experience working with brokers, insurers or MGAs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proactive approach to developing new business and growing existing accounts.
