Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading B2B creative and media agency in Central London. This high‑energy outbound role works closely with the Founder and Managing Director to generate qualified meetings with senior decision‑makers at enterprise and PE‑backed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage senior decision‑makers across multiple outbound channels.
• Build relationships with enterprise and PE‑backed businesses.
• Use market intelligence and buying signals to identify new opportunities.
• Support event‑led networking initiatives and exclusive client events.
• Manage and nurture pipeline opportunities alongside the MD.
• Secure qualified meetings for the leadership team to convert.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or Junior Business Development Manager.
• Confident communication style with the ability to build trust quickly.
• High energy, resilience and a sense of fun.
