Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business in the retail marketing sector. You will be the driving force behind building relationships with brands, agencies and retailers, turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across retail brands, agencies and marketing teams.
• Reactivate dormant accounts with high growth potential.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Lead client meetings and deliver compelling presentations of POS, visual merchandising, print and display solutions.
• Collaborate closely with design, production and project‑management teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Shape and execute your own sales strategy to support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in retail POS, visual merchandising, large‑format print, display, retail graphics, brand activation or creative production.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and presenting to senior decision‑makers.
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience reviving dormant accounts as well as generating entirely new opportunities.
