Business Development Manager

About the role

The position is focused on driving growth for a leading international funding and payroll solutions provider as it expands into the UK market. You will work closely with teams in the UK and Australia to generate new business and support recruitment firms with cash‑flow management technology.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct sales activities, including outbound calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through an existing or developing network of professional introducers.
• Collaborate with UK and Australian colleagues and the Marketing/Growth team to shape customer journeys and generate leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets and report on pipeline performance.
• Provide regular activity and performance metrics to management.
