Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the London interior design community. The role focuses on building long‑term collaborations with luxury residential interior designers and design studios, guiding projects from concept to order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard interior designers and design studios across London.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships to generate repeat and specification‑led business.
• Promote products during specification, approval and tender stages.
• Deliver product presentations and design consultations.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving client needs.

Required profile

• Proven B2B experience within the boutique interior design marketplace.
• Established network of high‑end independent design studios.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and relationship‑focused.
