Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join Everywhen as a Business Development Manager. Based in London, you will act as a trusted adviser to our broker members and insurer partners, driving growth and delivering commercial value across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with broker members and insurer partners to increase engagement and business volume.
• Identify, develop and present commercial opportunities that create value for both members and partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing guidance, support and solutions to resolve challenges.
• Promote the network’s products and services, helping members maximise the benefits of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support member retention, new business acquisition and overall growth strategies.
• Represent the network at meetings, events and networking functions to expand the portfolio.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and support strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably in broking, underwriting, account management or business development.
• Deep understanding of insurance market dynamics and broker distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
